Dave's Adventure Company - winter program is a fast track instructor course to gain NGB's as a mountain leader, SPA climbing Instructor, Level 1 Caving Instructor and BCU UKCC level 1 / Level 2 Canoe and Kayak Coach
The Fast track Instructor Course is arranged to prepare people to get work in the 2012 season from Easter onwards, the focus will be on Intensive instructor training, gaining high levels of skill and competencies in key areas:
Mountain walking (summer ML award)
Climbing (SPA award)
Canoeing and Kayaking (BCU / UKCC level 1 and 2 coach)
Caving (Local Cave Leader level 1)
Personal skills
Personal Development
Leadership
Soft Skills
Hard Skills
Team Building
Working with groups
Career planning
Goal Setting
From 1 day per week to a full time 46 week international program
